Presented by Dr. Susanna (Zan) Barry, Community Wellness. This virtual workshop includes strategies to help you reboot your sleep schedule, get the best quality sleep you can, and make getting up in the morning easier. Learn about resources to decrease stress and improve sleep health available from MIT.
