CBP to Increase I-94, ESTA, and EVUS Fees, Effective September 30, 2025

On August 28, 2025, U.S. Customs and Border Protection announced that certain immigration fees for entry to the U.S. will be increased, effective September 30, 2025.

The changes in fees include:
*Form I-94 arrival record (an additional $24 processing fee, bringing the total to US$30) for anyone entering the U.S. at a land port-of-entry (not arriving to the U.S. by air). 

*ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) for individuals entering the U.S. under the U.S. tourist Visa Waiver Program (fee increase from US$21 to US$40)

*EVUS (Electronic Visa Update System) for nationals of the People’s Republic of China entering the U.S. using the 10-year B1/B2, B1 or B2 (visitor) visa  (designating a US$30 fee)
