Higher Education Associations Request White House/CDC Flexibility on Travel Policy for International Students and Scholars

On October 14, 2021, the American Council on Education (ACE), along with a number of higher education associations, wrote a letter to the White House Coordinator of COVID-19 Response and the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, requesting that new U.S. travel policies include flexibility for international students and scholars from areas where COVID-19 vaccines are not widely available to have the ability to travel to the U.S. and be vaccinated upon arrival.
