Christine Xiong
International Student Advisor
Christine joined the International Students Office in 2023 and currently works as an International Student Advisor. Christine’s role comprises of advising services to international students regarding their U.S. immigration status, employment, academics, health and wellness, and cultural adjustment concerns.
Christine has worked in the field of international education and exchange since 2014, serving most recently as an International Student Advisor at Boston University. Christine has held different positions in ISO offices around the New England and Washington DC areas.
Christine is originally from California, and studied abroad at Tsinghua University in Beijing, China. Christine earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and National Security Studies from San Diego State University and Master of Arts degree in International Education from SIT Graduate Institute.
Christine enjoys traveling and trying new foods.
