ISO Summer In-Person/Walk-In Office Hours: June 16 – August 1, 2025
ISO Staff will be working Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm, but will have a hybrid of in-person, walk-in hours and days when staff will be in the office or working fully remote for the period of Monday, June 16 through Friday, August 1, 2025.
In-Person / Walk-In Hours:
Mondays: 10:00am – 3:00pm
Tuesdays: 10:00am – 3:00pm
Wednesdays: FULLY REMOTE / ONLINE
Thursdays: 10:00am – 3:00pm
Fridays: FULLY REMOTE / ONLINE
The ISO, and most MIT offices, will be CLOSED for Institute holidays on:
Thursday, June 19 (observance of Juneteenth)
Friday, July 4 (observance of Independence Day)
When ISO Staff are operating fully remote/online, you may still contact staff in the following ways:

Due to high volume of emails and iMIT requests ISO receives, note that most ISO staff respond to emails within 2-3 business days (not including weekends and holidays).

ISO Staff will continue to answer the main office phone number between 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday. The Emergency Number is primarily to be used if there is an urgent travel/port-of-entry issue, or if you have an emergency situation that cannot wait until the ISO office re-opens.
