DUO isn’t working, what should I do?
If your DUO is not working and you already have an account, please contact IS&T to help you rectify your issue. They are available Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. They can be reached by phone, 617-253-1101 (24 hour service), or by email, servicedesk@mit.edu.
