I forgot to file my tax forms in previous years, what do I do?

Even if you forgot to file your income tax return for previous years in the U.S., you can and should file them now. You will need to contact your past employers to obtain any payroll summary documents (e.g. Form W-2, Form 1042-S, Form 1099, etc.) to document income earned and tax withheld for those previous years.  For recent years, you may still be able to access Glacier Tax Prep software available through the ISO, or you can access past year income tax forms from the U.S. Internal Revenue Service website and State departments of revenue in States you resided during those years.
