My SEVP Portal Account is locked or I forgot my password, what should I do?

If you forget your password, please click the “Reset Password” link on the sign in page and an email will be sent to you. Upon receipt of the email please follow the instructions to reset your password. Additionally, we recommend clearing your browser’s cache or using Incognito/Private mode when doing these steps.

If you are locked out of your account, please contact the ISO at iso-help@mit.edu to unlock your account.
