ISO / Most MIT Offices CLOSED December 24, 2022 through January 2, 2023
The ISO, and most MIT offices, will be closed for a holiday break from December 24, 2022 through January 2, 2023.
The ISO will close beginning at 3:00pm on Friday, December 23 and will re-open for walk-in office hours at 10:00am on Tuesday, January 3, 2023.
ISO Staff will continue to monitor the main ISO email account (email@example.com) and will check phone messages to the ISO main phoneline (617-253-3795).
If you need to request a new Form I-20 or Form DS-2019 with a new travel signature, instructions on how to make the request in iMIT are listed on the ISO Visas and Travel webpage (https://iso.mit.edu/visas-and-travel/).

If you have an urgent/emergency situation that cannot wait until the office re-opens on Tuesday, January 3, you may call the ISO Emergency Phone Number (617-258-5480). The emergency phone line should especially be used if you are experiencing any travel issues at the U.S. ports-of-entry/U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
