ISO Walk-In Office Hours Return to Fall Hours starting Monday, August 5

ISO Staff will be returning to Fall office hours starting on Monday, August 5. The ISO will continue to be working Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm, but will have a hybrid of walk-in hours and days when Staff will be in the office or working fully remote.

Beginning on Monday, August 5, ISO Walk-In Hours will be as follows:
Mondays: 10:00am-3:00pm
Tuesdays: 10:00am-3:00pm
Wednesdays: 1:00pm-3:00pm
Thursdays: 10:00am-3:00pm
Fridays: 10:00am-3:00pm

How to contact staff outside of walk-in hours:

*ISO Advisors conduct appointments remotely via Zoom, and can be reached by email and by phone.  Contact your ISO Advisor: http://iso.mit.edu/about/student-advisor.shtml

*Visa documents will continue to be requested/processed online via iMIT (https://imit.mit.edu).  Documents (Form I-20, Form DS-2019, letters, etc.) can be sent electronically to students to download, print, and “wet” sign to use as original/legal documents.

*To obtain a new travel validation signature on your Form I-20 or Form DS-2019, review instructions on the ISO “Visas and Travel” webpage:  https://iso.mit.edu/visas-and-travel/
