Call 617-253-1212 for emergency, 24/7
(Don’t call 911 if you are on-campus, because they will just direct the call to MIT Police, and it will take longer to respond to your call.) Note: This number is on the back of your MIT ID!
All current students, faculty, and staff are automatically enrolled in the email Alert system, and you can add your phone to receive a text or phone call.
MIT community members can choose to sign up as well. See the MIT Alert website for more info.

Resources and information about sexual misconduct, discrimination, and discriminatory harassment including discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, pregnancy, disability, age, genetic information, veteran status, ancestry, or national or ethnic origin are available to the MIT community.
Visit the Institute Discrimination and Harassment Response Website to report an incident or learn more about MIT policies: https://idhr.mit.edu/
