Outside your comfort zone
Your “comfort zone” is a place or situation where you feel safe or at ease and without stress.

Examples:
“You should get outside your comfort zone and do something crazy, like go skydiving!”
“I know it can be difficult, but you’ve got to get outside your comfort zone and introduce yourself to as many people as you can; networking is crucial.”
